PROGRAMME
In the recent BBSRC Niche Skills Report (2009), Systematics and Taxonomy were named as strategically important and vulnerable bioscience skills at risk in the UK along with plant and agricultural sciences. The aim of this short and focussed workshop is to discuss

  • Biodiversity research, methodologies and tools – what are we doing, how are we doing it and can we do it better?
  • Provision of sustainable training and education for the next generation of ecologists.
