Diversifying the Curriculum in the Biosciences

This one-day conference brings together educators, researchers, and students to explore progress and future directions in diversifying the biosciences curriculum. With a focus on anti-racism, decolonisation, disability inclusion, and accessibility, the event will feature a range of keynote talks and case studies from UK universities, and creative approaches that integrate the arts into STEM education. Attendees will hear from academics leading change and students actively shaping their learning environments. The day will conclude with a student-led panel offering reflections and recommendations. This event offers a great opportunity to engage with critical conversations around equity and inclusion in biosciences education.
