The main objectives of the 6th Congress of the Brazilian Proteomics Society and the Brazilian Metabolomics Summit are to promote scientific exchange in areas crucial for the advancement of biological and biomedical knowledge.

The congress will be held from September 16th to 19th, 2024, at the USP International Diffusion Center in São Paulo and will include sessions highlighting advances in Metabolomics.

National and international researchers will lecture on current exponential and innovative topics in proteomics and metabolomics. Furthermore, all participants will be able to present their work and interact with other researchers during the Congress, in addition to competing for prizes for the best works and the second edition of the Gilberto B Domont Prize in the area of Proteomics, which encourages and recognises scientific excellence of Young Researchers from the Brazilian Proteomics Society working in national institutions. It will be a unique opportunity to expand our knowledge, establish new partnerships and collaborations, and exchange experiences with colleagues in the area. In pre-conference courses, participants will explore theoretical and practical aspects of proteomics and metabolomics.
