Prague On-site Meeting Room Booking

On-site meeting rooms are available to book at the Clarion Congress Hotel during the Annual Conference from 2 - 5 July 2024.  This is a self-service, online booking system that allows you to book, reschedule and cancel meetings. 

Please note:
There are 5 Lounge rooms (12, 13, 14, 15 and 16) with a meeting capacity of 8 people.
There are two additional Lounges (17 and 18) with a meeting capacity of 12 people. 
All meeting rooms displayed are located on level 4 of the Clarion Congress Hotel and an access key will be needed to access rooms.

Air Conditioning: Yes
Natural Light: No

1. Select SERVICE to book the time and duration of your requested meeting.

2. Select STAFF to choose the meeting room.

 ("Anyone" will assign you to any available room.)

 

 

Space is limited therefore please ensure any  rooms that are no  longer required are cancelled so alternative bookings can be made.
