Meet Jordy, our new Membership manager!

"I have recently started working for the Society for Experimental Biology as the Membership Manager. Over the past four years, I have managed multiple membership bases all within the field of Endocrinology – the study of hormones. I am passionate about working within learned societies, and I believe that it is important to strengthen membership communities to provide improved support, a strong collective voice and enhanced advocacy for the respective profession. I also have experience working across various digital and physical conferences around the world. In my spare time, I am a keen runner, cold-water swimming enthusiast and enjoy creating nature illustrations."

"I am responsible for the overall management of the SEB membership base which includes overseeing and improving the member experience, reporting, and successfully onboarding new members. I will be developing the SEB membership strategy to ensure our members are supported throughout all stages of their career and are kept up-to-date on recent member benefits and additional outreach, education, and diversity opportunities."
