TRAVEL GRANTS
Please note that SEB is able to offer a number of travel grant opportunities for student and early career scientist members of the SEB to attend the SEB Conference.
To apply for a SEB Conference travel grant, please fill in the Travel grant application form by May 2025.
ACCOMODATION AND HOTELS BOOKING
Preferential accommodation rates are available for SEB attendees staying at the Clarion Congress Hotel. The available rates will need to be booked using the direct link found on the SEB website.
On the SEB website you will also find information regarding accommodation nearby, also offering a discounted rate to SEB attendees.
CHILDCARE
The SEB is delighted to announce that to make our conference more inclusive we will again be offering a crèche to provide childcare at our Antwerp 2025 Annual Conference.
To provide this facility we will be teaming up with Nipperbout, an award-winning event childcare company with over 25 years of experience.
