The Company of Biologists is celebrating 100 years of supporting biologists

2025 will mark the 100-year anniversary of The Company of Biologists. As part of their celebrations, the Company will be organising Biologists @ 100, a unique conference that will bring together their different communities.

We are excited to announce that abstract submissions are now open for our SEB Satellite Meeting: "Experimental Biology and Impact: Solutions to Climate Change and Biodiversity Loss" held as part of the Company of Biologists' 100-Year Anniversary Conference in Liverpool on Monday, 24th March 2025.

We are particularly seeking cross-disciplinary research that addresses the pressing challenges of biodiversity preservation in the face of climate change. This is a fantastic opportunity to present your work in front of an engaged, scientific community.

We have slots available for:

• 15-minute talks on 24th March
• Poster presentations on the same topic as part of the main meeting on 25th March
   

We strongly encourage students and early career researchers (ECRs) to submit their abstracts.
Travel grants for SEB members of up to £800 are available through our Company of Biologists Travel Grant <www.sebiology.org/submissions-grant/the-company-of-biologists-travel-grant-2024.html?_fr=c50f7680-> you can apply for a grant even before submitting an abstract. Preference will be given to those presenting, so don’t miss out on this opportunity!
